Terms of Service

Effective from September 1, 2026

1. Provider

The Service is operated by INCREDIBLE RESULTS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Jana Heweliusza 11/811, 80-890 Gdańsk, KRS 0000942649, NIP 5833442670, REGON 520786251, share capital 5 000 zł. Contact: [email protected].

2. Services and contract

The Service provides local content, business directories, search, profiles, reviews, rankings, contact forms, problem reporting, and information about promotional packages. Public browsing and forms are free. A pricing page is an invitation to contact and does not itself activate a paid service; paid advertising terms are confirmed separately before contract formation.

A free browsing contract begins when you use the Service and ends when you leave. A form-handling contract begins on valid submission and ends when the matter is handled, subject to lawful data retention.

3. Technical requirements and acceptable use

You need internet access and a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTPS; an active email address is needed for a reply. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, manipulate ratings, introduce malware, bypass security, overload the Service, scrape unlawfully, or use forms for spam.

4. Sources and AI-generated content

Information may come from Google Maps, business websites, public registers, official websites, public profiles and publications, and data providers. Source data may be incomplete or outdated. We are not affiliated with Google.

AI may generate or edit descriptions, FAQs, and summaries. In particular, Strengths and Weaknesses are generated by an LLM from public Google Maps reviews. These materials may contain errors, simplifications, or fail to represent all reviews. Verify important health, safety, legal, and financial information independently.

5. Ranking methodology

Standard rankings include active businesses in the relevant city/category with at least 20 Google reviews and display up to 13 businesses. The base 0–10 portal score combines Google rating, logarithmically adjusted review count, data freshness, profile completeness, and photo count. Users may instead sort by raw Google rating or review count.

Commercial influence: an active promotional package may add its package-specific percentage bonus to the portal score. A separate “position zero” is paid advertising, not the organic first place. LLMs may create visible summaries but do not calculate the base numerical score. Rankings are comparison tools, not guarantees or personalized recommendations.

6. Reports and complaints

Use “Report a problem” or email [email protected] to report incorrect data, rights violations, or potentially illegal content. A notice of illegal content should include reasons, the exact URL, contact details, and a good-faith statement. Complete notices are handled without undue delay, objectively and proportionately.

Service complaints may be submitted through the contact form or email. Include contact details, the relevant service, the issue and date, and the requested outcome. We normally reply within 14 days unless the matter or applicable law requires a different period.

7. Intellectual property, availability, and liability

Protected Service materials may be used only as permitted by law or license. Third-party rights remain with their owners. We exercise reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy of external-source data. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Privacy

Personal data and device storage are covered by the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these Terms for legal, functional, technical, security, or provider-detail changes. The current version and effective date are published here. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual residence. Courts are determined by applicable law.
